Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to digital educational products, downloadable worksheets, and paid consulting sessions offered by Wildanewar through wildanewar.world or invoiced directly. Free content on the website is not subject to refunds. Physical goods, if introduced later, will be covered by supplemental terms at checkout.

2. Digital educational products

Because digital files can be copied instantly, refunds are limited to protect against abuse while remaining fair to customers:

  • 14-day satisfaction window: If you contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the materials (verified by delivery logs), you may request a full refund.
  • Technical failure: If files are corrupted or inaccessible due to our error, we will replace the materials or issue a refund after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • Duplicate charges: Accidental duplicate payments are refunded in full once confirmed with the payment processor.

After the 14-day window, or once substantial access occurs, refunds are generally not available except where required by law.

3. Consulting and live sessions

For non-medical consulting calls or workshops:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time receive a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled session, at your choice.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 25% administrative fee to cover reserved time.
  • If we cancel, you receive a full refund or complimentary reschedule.
  • No-shows without notice are not refundable.

Session recordings, if provided, are licensed for personal use only and do not extend the refund window once delivered.

4. Programs and challenges

Multi-week educational programs follow the digital product rules for written materials. Live group calls included in a bundle follow the consulting cancellation rules for each scheduled call. Partial refunds for unused portions may be granted at our discretion when you withdraw before the second scheduled live session and have not received personalized documents.

5. How to request a refund

Email service@wildanewar.world with your full name, order date, product or session name, and reason for the request. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days; bank posting times vary.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues promptly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of access to digital libraries and future purchases while the dispute is investigated.

7. Consumer rights

Residents of the European Union may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts involving digital content, unless they expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights after download begins. We present any required acknowledgments at checkout when applicable.

California and other US state consumer laws may provide additional remedies; nothing here limits non-waivable statutory rights.

8. Non-refundable items

The following are generally non-refundable: third-party fees, donated amounts, customized materials already delivered, and products explicitly marked as final sale at purchase. Promotional bundles state refund rules on the offer page.

9. Policy changes

We may update this Refund Policy. The Last updated date in the hero section indicates the current version. Purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of transaction unless a change is required by law and benefits the customer.
